Gomk8 Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to gomk8, an online entertainment platform operating in Malaysia. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and gomk8 ("Platform", "we", "us").

By accessing the gomk8 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any services provided by the platform, you hereby accept and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use gomk8's services.

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account only at gomk8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of fund balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, valid email address, and actual date of birth. gomk8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

All financial transactions on the gomk8 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gomk8 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Deposit methods accepted by gomk8 include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) as well as other local Malaysian banks. gomk8 does not accept any foreign or international payment methods.

Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method same used for your deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Gomk8 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review and compliance purposes. In such cases, our team will contact you for identity verification within 24 business hours.

Gomk8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM500, 10% weekly cashback, 5% daily sports rebate, and special promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms
• Rollover is calculated as: (Total Deposit + Bonus) × Rollover Multiplier
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the rollover requirements are fully met
• Only one active deposit bonus is permitted at a time
• Bonuses will expire if not used within the specified period
• Gomk8 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through improper means or fraud

In the event of any dispute regarding the award or calculation of bonuses, gomk8's decision is final. Abuse of the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or using automated software — is a serious violation and will result in account termination.

All bets placed on gomk8 are final once confirmed. No cancellation of bets is permitted except under the following circumstances as defined by the platform:

• A verified technical error by gomk8 in the odds system
• A match is cancelled or postponed before it begins
• Incorrect market data provided due to errors on the part of the data provider

For Sports Betting, gomk8 uses data from licensed sports data providers. Match results are sourced from the official league or governing body concerned. Any disputes regarding match results will be referred to those official sources.

You are solely responsible for the security of your gomk8 account login credentials. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Not sharing your password or login credentials with anyone
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Reporting to gomk8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

Gomk8 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or payment details through any communication channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from gomk8, please report it to our security team immediately.

The following are strictly prohibited on the gomk8 platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's identity
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other methods to exploit the system
• Collusion between members to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity
• Exploiting technical errors or system loopholes for unfair advantage
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gomk8 customer service staff
• Sharing or selling your account to another individual

All content on the gomk8 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of gomk8 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, sell, or modify any content on the gomk8 platform without written consent from gomk8 management. Using the gomk8 brand name or logo for commercial purposes without authorization constitutes a violation of the law.

Gomk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests
• Self-suspension request by the user
• Instructions from the relevant authorities

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, gomk8 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through means that violate our rules. For terminations not caused by a breach, any valid deposit balance will be refunded upon completion of the investigation.

Gomk8 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Betting losses that represent a risk voluntarily accepted by the user
• Unstable internet connection or technical issues on the user's end

Gomk8's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
